I’ve been there.. I know the struggle.. Not being able to shift the pounds, eating an unsustainable meal plan, followed by a ridiculous training plan that didn’t fit my lifestyle.. That’s why I hired a coach. That’s when I started to make real progress. I had a meal plan I could eat every day without it being a nuisance, a training plan I could incorporate into my busy lifestyle & actually enjoyed. This all led me to falling in love with the process, achieveing the desired results & stepping on a bodybulding stage for the very first time. Let me help you achieve your dream physique.

I have been training inconsistently for about 3/4 years and I was never really able to make a change I was proud of. I started at 65kg and what can say I’m down to 61.5kg eating healthier foods , moving outside more for walks and getting steps done , getting more confident and consistent in the gym , I feel better in my own skin. Been working with Steven that last 6 weeks or so now. Safe to say this is by far the best my training has been.
